FUJUNI products are created to last a lifetime. All FUJUNI products are covered for manufacturer’s defects. Our warranty does not cover damage occurred as a result of failure to follow proper care and use guidelines as outlined in the product inserts and on our website.To activate your lifetime warranty, please submit this form. Commercial/restaurant use is not covered.

FUJUNI will replace any damaged products covered by the lifetime warranty; however, the customer will be held responsible for return shipping fees.

FUJUNI cookware has a lifetime warranty against manufacturer’s defects. Damage occurring from improper use, including but not limited to excessive heat, abuse, neglect, improper storage, misuse of sharp utensils, improper cleaning or lack of seasoning, is not covered by our lifetime warranty.

Cosmetic blemishes and other changes in appearance may occur over time. This is normal wear and tear which should not affect performance and not covered by our lifetime warranty.

FUJUNI cutlery carries a lifetime warranty against manufacturer's defects. This warranty does not cover damage from improper use or storage, accidents, loss, or theft. Damage resulting from cutting on hard surfaces, prying, twisting, bending, cutting frozen foods, bone, and other hard-shelled foods is not covered by this warranty.

In addition, damage resulting from dishwasher use, knives left soaking/standing in water, or not dried immediately after washing is not covered by this warranty.

The following conditions are not covered by our lifetime warranty: dulled blades, pakkawood handle damage, rust, discoloration, and bent/broken/chipped/snapped knife blades.

Our warranty does not cover damage that occurs as a result of improper use, including but not limited to abuse, neglect, improper storage, or damages caused by the use of acidic or corrosive products such as salt.

The only warranty, expressed or implied, is a 30-Day guarantee against defects in workmanship and material. This warranty does not apply to damages which may result from neglect, accidental or intentional damage, damage or normal wear and tear, misuse of product, unauthorized repair, exposure to extremes in temperature and humidity, and alteration or abuse of the product.

Please note that due to the natural composition of wooden products, our warranty does not cover any cosmetic imperfections.
