  • 4 boneless pork chops
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt and cracked black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika

  • 1 cup sliced bell peppers
  • 1 small onion, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh chopped parsley, divided
  • 1 tablespoon fresh chopped thyme
  • 4 cloves garlic, crushed

  • 3/4 cup heavy cream

HOW TO COOK THE PORK BITES AND BELL PEPPER SAUCE

Start by seasoning diced pork, then stir-fry in a hot skillet with oil and butter. Once the pork is done, remove to a plate, then saute the veggies in the same pan until crisp-tender. Add in fresh herbs and garlic, then pour in the cream and simmer for 3 to 4 minutes. Add the browned pork bites to the sauce and reheat for a couple of minutes. Easy!

DIRECTIONS

1. To make the creamy pork bites: Season pork bites with salt and pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Heat oil and butter in a frying pan or large skillet over medium-high until butter is melted.

2. When the pan is hot, sear the pork bites for about 3-4 minutes per side until golden browned, and the center is no longer pink. You might want to fry in batches if you need to. Don’t move the pork bites around too much at the beginning. Otherwise, they will steam. Transfer the pork bites to a warm plate and set aside.

3. In the same skillet, add the onion and bell pepper to the buttery cooking juices and cook for 3-4 minutes over medium heat. Scrape up any bits left over from the pork using a wooden spoon.

4. When the veggies are crisp-tender, add half the parsley, half the thyme, Cayenne (if using), and all of the crushed garlic; sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.

5. Pour in the cream and bring to a gentle simmer for 3-4 minutes until slightly thickened. Season the cream sauce with salt and pepper to your taste.

6. Add the pork bites back into the cream sauce, and allow to simmer for a minute to heat through. Garnish the pork bites and creamy bell pepper sauce with the remaining herbs and serve immediately. Enjoy! ❤️
