RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

What is your Return Policy?

  • Return packages must be postmarked within 15 days of the order delivering to you. Return packages postmarked after this time frame will be subject to denial
  • Return packages postmarked within the first 10 days of the delivery date qualify for free return shipping. Return packages postmarked after the first 10 days of delivery will have a $7 fee deducted from the refund amount
  • No returns, refunds, or online credits are available for final sale items of any price. Final sale items purchased above $25 are eligible for size-based exchanges
  • Items must be returned with all vendor tags attached
  • Items sold as sets must be returned with the correct sizes, as sold
  • Items returned with obvious use, makeup, hairs or fiber, dander, dust or dirt, deodorant, perfume, or otherwise, do not meet our Return Policy mentioned above will be subject to denial
  • Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded
  • Fujuni reserves the right to limit service to customers that show excessive return activity.
  • What is your Exchange Policy?

  • To make an exchange, log in with your email and order number. Follow the steps to initiate the exchange and retrieve your return shipping label. The new size(s) ship right away at no cost.
  • Online exchanges must be initiated within 30 days from delivery of the item.
  • All items that are sent back as an exchange need to follow the applicable terms from the Return Policy. Items that do not meet the acceptable conditions listed in the Return Policy will be subject to denial.
  • You must postmark your original item within 10 days of the date you initiate the exchange online to avoid being charged for the new item, as well as a $7 fee for the return shipping.
  • If you have been charged for the new item, we will refund the cost of the original item after we receive it at our returns facility.
  • Online exchanges are limited to exchanges for the same item in a different size.
  • Online exchanges are shipped using standard shipping.
  • Online exchanges are available one time per item.
  • Online exchanges are limited to shipping addresses in the US.
  • Final sale items over $25 are eligible to be exchanged for a different size, if available. If the size needed is not available, an exchange cannot be offered.
  • We do not offer exchanges for final sale items under $25.
  • No final sale items, regardless of price, are eligible for a return, refund, or online credit
  • Orders placed using Afterpay, Klarna, or paid in full with Store Credit are not eligible to exchange. If you used one of these payment methods, please see our Return Policy for information on how to return.
